friendly staff convenient location slow lifts repetitive food

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location near sathorn pier and silom line was good (it made getting around easy).

i noticed there were only two lifts. waiting for them took a long time. the food seemed the same every day.

a magical escape

fresh room beautiful view good selection

I found the room clean and fresh. the view of the river and the city was beautiful. the pool offered views and a fun game room. I especially loved the buffet breakfast. The food was AMAZING!!!

The area could get quite loud. The windows did little to block the noise.

Public and private transportation options were close by. i enjoyed traveling on the sky train. It was also very close. lots of shopping, restaurants, street food, a pharmacy, and local stores were conveniently nearby.

sharp tiles exterior painting

the hotel presents A tired appearance. exterior paint is needed. I observed boarded-off sections near the outdoor pool. sharp exposed tiles were a hazard IN the pool. My son sustained A cut. i would expect a more maintained pool area. alcohol was not available anywhere. the area surrounding the building has some odor. this was VERY disappointing.

spacious room river view laundry machine

the room was quite spacious. it offered a view of the river. the in-room laundry machine proved very useful. i also liked the fridge and bathtub.

The pool area seemed a little worn. Some deck and planter repairs seemed necessary.

wonderful experience!

amazing staff super clean room broad panorama

i really appreciated the staff's amazing customer service, especially alex and nuch, they were so helpful and kind. the room was super clean! i selected a river view and it definitely lived up to my expectations with its broad panorama! the security and concierge were also very attentive.

The lifts were quite busy. It was sometimes a wait.

the hotel is conveniently close to the tourist boat pier, a big plus. it's near the bts skytrain station, this makes exploring the city very easy, i found that to be very practical.

the family room river view was spacious and comfortable, really working well for us. it had a kitchen sink and a good-sized fridge, that's very useful! the balcony offered a fantastic view of the river, it was fine.

Breakfast offered a nice variety of options. There was something for everyone. i liked the "american breakfast" served in the rooms, it provided a lovely start to the day. there was a big view of the bangkok skyline too!
